Sherida Brown is a survivor, a mother, and a woman who turned her pain into purpose. After enduring domestic violence and walking through the shadows of fear, she made a bold decision — never again. And not just for herself, but for every woman who’s ever felt unsafe, unheard, or unprotected.

From that conviction, Defense Dynasty was born — a brand built to equip women with stylish, discreet, and powerful self-defense tools that don’t just protect — they empower.

Her Healing House is more than a name — it’s a movement for moms, survivors, and women who are tired of just surviving and finally ready to heal, rebuild, and rise.

Founded by Sherida Brown, a domestic violence survivor and mom of three, Her Healing House is a safe space for women who’ve experienced abuse, betrayal, and emotional trauma. Through faith, empowerment, and real-life guidance, we help women escape cycles of pain and walk boldly into their power.
